  • Founder & Teacher

Antony founded Hyett Education after working as both a primary teacher and learning technologies consultant.

After many years of teaching children and supporting teachers in the delivery of the computing curriculum, he wanted to bring to life his passion for providing children with opportunities to learn outside the classroom through unique experiences.

Antony is always excited to provide schools up and down the UK with quality workshops, and proud that we can tailor our resources to suit curriculum needs.

Antony has worked hard to create a team he trusts and fully supports to deliver our high standards at every level.

  • Lead Curriculum Consultant

University of Oxford science graduate and former secondary school Science teacher, Richard has an abundance of experience in producing, developing and delivering all kinds of technology and science related workshops. And with many years delivering teacher training, Richard is a gifted educator.

Working with children and young adults for the past 15 years of his career, Richard is dedicated, professional and inspiring facilitator who wants nothing more than for the children he works with to find their true potential and ignite their interest in real-life computer science.

Richard has a passion for all things programming and coding and has been on the Hyett team for four years now.

  • Computing Teacher

Qualified primary teacher and computing curriculum consultant, Adam is a fun and dynamic facilitator with a real understanding and focus on technology.

As a former Sports Coach, Adam is skilled at getting the best from his audience and loves working in an interactive environment. With 15 years experience working within schools, Adam is happy to be pursuing his passion in technology and continuing to inspire young minds.

  • Facilitator / Instructor

Former performing arts champion (including stilt walking and fire breathing) and school science presenter, Jack joined us in 2021 and he hasn't looked back since.

Bringing all of his entertainment experience along with him to every workshop, Jack is a talented and captivating presenter, who will have the kids laughing from beginning to end and learning through pure joy.

Jack loves seeing children from all walks of life having the opportunity to get outside the classroom and to engage in a practical education. He prides himself on offering dynamic workshops that are accessible for all.

  • Operations Manager

Jenni is our savior. She is Hyett Education's main point of contact for all our workshops and instructors. Working tirelessly in the background, Jenni heads up all our outsourced contracts and generally, just keeps everyone up to date with everything they could possibly need or want.

In her former life, Jenni worked as an outdoor/bushcraft instructor, and even owned her own cafe. Before she joined us at Hyett Education Jen was working for the National Lottery Community Fund, helping to assess how charities were funded.

Passionate about including and inspiring girls to pursue STEM subjects, Jenni really loves helping schools who wouldn't ordinarily have access to our fantastic workshops join in through our funded workshop opportunities.

  • Operations and Marketing Assistant

One of the founding members of the team, Taliyah has been integral in supporting Antony at Hyett Education.

Working alongside Antony supporting workshops, helping to administer workshop bookings and outreach, as well as heavily contributing to the marketing effort, Taliyah always excels herself.

At only 20, Taliyah works with us part-time, alongside studying for a degree in Business and Marketing and is raising her own little girl. Taliyah is passionate about all parts of education and truly believes in the work she does.

  • Marketing and Operations

Working to support Jenni in Operations, you might speak to Rachael about your workshop needs and bookings. Also manning our website content and general marketing duties, she likes to make sure any information you need is easy to find and digest.

In her life prior to working with us, most recently Rachael has been at home raising her two young children. She had a long career in Marketing for various Tech firms and Marketing Agencies leading up to this time and really enjoys improving business processes and making sure both company and buyer are happy with the products she works with.

What Educators Say

  • A well-organised, fun day, in which a broad mixture of abilities were able to grow in confidence and use logical thinking to overcome the challenges set, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

    Mrs Shepherd, Dowdales School

  • As a computing teacher I found the sessions both engaging and interesting. Loads of cross curriculum opportunities.

    Mr Bacon, Cartmel Priory School

  • Our year 3 class thoroughly enjoyed their lesson with you on building a fairground and programming it to spin. It was very clearly explained with small steps for them to follow and all the children could access and take part. they all gained a lot from it.

    Miss Ryan, St Wilfreds
