Corporate STEM CSR & ESG Programmes
Design and deliver scoped STEM engagement through your CSR and ESG programmes. RAF STEM Education Partner and Defence Nuclear STEM Education Partner.
The Challenge
The STEM Skills Shortage
A 2018 EngineeringUK study reported that 89% of STEM businesses surveyed had found recruitment difficult and estimated an annual £1.5 billion cost from shortages. Those are historical research findings, not current-year measures. Employer-funded workshops can give young people practical exposure to STEM skills and careers.
Employer-funded STEM programmes can give young people practical exposure to STEM skills and careers. They do not by themselves establish a future talent pipeline or measurable social outcome; the objectives and any evaluation are agreed for each commission.

Measurable Impact
Impact Measurement & Reporting
The signed programme or quote defines which delivery records, feedback, KPIs or outcome measures will be collected and reported.
Student Reach
May include verified pupil reach, schools and delivery locations. Demographic breakdowns are included only where the lawful basis, notices, permissions and responsibilities are agreed.
Learning Outcomes
Pre- and post-activity measures are included only where the evaluation design and lawful collection are agreed; workshop delivery alone does not prove an outcome change.
ESG Alignment
Any mapping to UN Sustainable Development Goals or a commissioner’s ESG framework is defined in the proposal and is not independent assurance.
