About Hyett Education
Founded in 2017 by former primary teacher Antony Hyett. On a mission to bring premium STEM experiences to every school in the UK.
Our Story
Hyett Education was founded in 2017 by Antony Hyett, a former primary school teacher who saw first-hand the gap between what schools needed and what was available in STEM education. Too many workshops were delivered by people who had never taught in a classroom, with equipment that arrived broken and activities that had no curriculum link.
Antony set out to build something different: a STEM education company built around educational excellence, delivering workshop experiences that were genuinely outstanding. Phillipa Hyett, a senior leader and deputy headteacher, supported the foundation of the company, drawing on her extensive school leadership expertise to ensure workshops were developed and delivered to the highest educational standards. Every session would be curriculum-aligned, every instructor DBS-checked and trained, and every piece of equipment would be best-in-class and meticulously maintained.

From a single robotics workshop in a Wolverhampton primary school, Hyett Education has grown to deliver over 500 workshops per year, with over 3,000 delivered to date across the UK. We are a RAF STEM Education Partner and a delivery partner for the MoD Defence Nuclear Enterprise. Our team of specialist instructors bring robotics, drones, AI, 3D printing, cybersecurity, and stop-motion animation to schools, corporate partners, and defence organisations nationwide.
