Hyett Education has delivered over 3,000 STEM workshops to 1,190 schools across England, Wales and Scotland since September 2018. 711 of those workshops were delivered fully funded through our RAF and EKO partnerships, and 32 schools have now booked Hyett Education across five or more academic years.

The 2,738 above represents day-format workshops verified from staff calendars. When recurring Tech Tigers club sessions are added, total Hyett Education delivery exceeds 3,000.
Funded delivery
711 workshops delivered at no cost to schools
Through our partnerships with the RAF and Defence Nuclear Enterprise, 588 schools have received fully funded STEM workshops at no cost to them. Funded delivery is accelerating year on year.
Funded delivery has grown from 4% of our work in 2018/19 to roughly 40% from 2024/25 onwards, as the EKO partnership came online and scaled.

Our longest partnerships now run for 7 consecutive academic years and are still going. Sustained loyalty is rare in the school enrichment category, where most providers see every booking as a fresh procurement decision.

How we counted
Methodology
- Each calendar entry counts as one workshop delivered (e.g. 3 sessions at one school on the same day = 3 workshops, 1 booking day).
- The 3,000+ headline includes verified day-format workshops plus recurring Tech Tigers after-school and lunchtime club sessions; the table above shows the verified 2,738 day-format figure only.
- Cancelled events, internal team meetings, holidays, prep/admin, kit drop-offs, train-the-trainer days, and exhibitions are all excluded.
- Cross-calendar duplicates are removed by Google event ID — the same workshop appearing in multiple staff diaries is counted once.
- Funded workshops are identified by a prefix token in the event title (RAF, EKO, or DNE) and have served 588 schools.
- 2025/26 is partial — September 2025 to May 2026 only. Earlier years are full Sep-Aug academic years.
- Source: Google Calendar diaries of all delivery staff.
