Our Commitment

Hyett Education is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business.

Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires an annual statement from organisations with a consolidated turnover of £36 million or more. Hyett Education is below that threshold, so this statement is not a legal requirement, but we are publishing it voluntarily.

Our Approach

Steps we take to minimise the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking:

  • We work with a small number of known UK suppliers and contractors, and review these relationships regularly.
  • Staff and freelance instructors are engaged under clear, compliant contracts, paid fairly and on time, and DBS-checked where required for their role.
  • Any concern raised by staff, suppliers, or the public about labour practices is investigated promptly.
