Pricing is based on your school's postcode relative to our nearest available instructor. This means schools closer to our team get lower prices, and we pass on any additional travel costs transparently. All prices are per day and exclude VAT.

Two factors determine your price: the workshop you choose and your school's distance from our nearest available instructor. Some workshops require more specialist equipment, which is reflected in the pricing. Multi-day bookings and multi-academy trust packages may qualify for discounted rates. Contact us for details.

Every workshop day includes up to five sessions reaching up to 240 students, all specialist equipment (robots, drones, laptops, 3D printers, and more), DBS-checked instructors, curriculum-aligned lesson plans, downloadable student certificates, and full risk assessments. There is nothing extra to pay.

Start by entering your postcode to see your bespoke pricing. Browse the workshops, then contact us with your preferred workshop and date. We confirm availability, send a formal booking confirmation by email, and handle all the logistics from there. We request payment after the workshop has been delivered.

Yes. The price shown for your postcode is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or surcharges. The only addition is VAT at the standard rate, which is shown separately. If your school is VAT-exempt, let us know and we can advise accordingly.
