After-School STEM Clubs
Tech Tigers is our branded after-school STEM club programme. We partner with schools to run weekly clubs during term time, giving children the chance to get hands-on with robotics, coding, digital art, Minecraft Education, stop-motion animation, construction challenges, maths puzzles and science experiments.
Every session is delivered by a DBS-checked Hyett Education instructor using professional-grade equipment. Children work on a different STEM activity each week, keeping things fresh and building a broad set of skills over the term. Schools provide the room; we handle everything else, including the instructor, equipment, lesson plans and parent communication templates.
View upcoming sessions, locations and availability on the Tech Tigers STEM Clubs page, where you can also book your child's place directly.
Holiday Clubs & Camps
We partner with holiday clubs, day camps and childcare providers across England to deliver high-quality STEM enrichment sessions during school holidays. If you run a holiday club and want to offer something genuinely different, our workshops are a proven way to attract bookings and keep children engaged all day.
The arrangement is straightforward: your club provides the venue and the children, and we supply the instructor, all equipment and full lesson plans. There is no preparation required from your staff, and we handle all the setup and pack-down.
Sessions can be booked as a one-off visit for a special theme day, or as a regular series running across the entire holiday period. Popular options for holiday clubs include:
- Half-day robotics workshops that keep groups occupied for an entire morning or afternoon
- Drone flying sessions that work brilliantly indoors in a school hall or sports hall
- Multi-day STEM camps where children progress through increasingly advanced challenges
- Mixed activity days combining robotics, coding and 3D design for variety
All sessions are age-appropriate and can be adapted for mixed-age groups, which is common in holiday club settings. Get in touch to discuss your holiday programme requirements.
STEM Birthday Parties
Give your child a birthday party they will actually remember. Instead of the usual soft play or bouncy castle, our STEM birthday parties let children get hands-on with real technology. They will build and program robots, fly drones through obstacle courses, or design and 3D print their own creations to take home.
Each party is led by a DBS-checked instructor who manages all the technology, keeps the session running smoothly, and makes sure every child is involved. You choose the activity that suits your group best:
- Robotics party – children build, program and race robots in teams, learning coding fundamentals while competing in challenges
- Drone flying party – learn to pilot drones safely through obstacle courses with increasing difficulty, developing spatial awareness and control skills
- 3D printing party – design custom keyrings, figures or gadgets on screen, then watch them printed in real time to take home as a party favour
- Combination session – mix two or three activities into a longer session for the ultimate STEM experience
We cater for groups of 8 to 30 children, with sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. All equipment is provided and set up by our team. You just need to provide the venue and the birthday cake. Browse our full workshop catalogue for more activity ideas.
Scouts, Guides & Youth Groups
Our STEM workshops are ideal for scouts, guides, cubs, brownies, rainbows, cadets and other uniformed youth groups. We design sessions that align to specific badge requirements, so your young people can work towards recognised awards while getting hands-on with exciting technology.
Popular badge-aligned sessions include:
- Digital Maker badge – programming robots and creating digital designs using block-based coding
- Innovator badge – solving real-world problems through design thinking and rapid prototyping with 3D printers
- Engineer badge – building mechanical structures and understanding how motors, sensors and gears work together
- Skills Builder frameworks – sessions mapped to problem-solving, teamwork and creativity skill areas
Sessions run in your usual meeting venue. We bring everything needed and adapt the difficulty level to suit your section, whether that is beavers aged six or explorer scouts aged seventeen. Group leaders are welcome to participate or simply observe.

How to Book a Private Session
Booking a private STEM workshop is simple. Here is the process:
- Get in touch – fill in our contact form or email us with your preferred date, group size and activity interest. There is no obligation at this stage.
- Discuss your requirements – we will get back to you to talk through the options, recommend the best workshop for your group, and confirm venue suitability.
- Receive your quote – we will send you a clear, all-inclusive price with no hidden extras. Pricing is flexible and based on workshop type, group size, session length and travel distance.
- Confirm and prepare – once confirmed, we send you a preparation guide covering what you need (essentially just tables, chairs and a power socket) and what we will bring.
- Enjoy the session – we arrive, set up, deliver an outstanding workshop, pack down and leave. You focus on the children having a brilliant time.
For birthday party enquiries, we recommend booking at least three weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Youth group and holiday club bookings can often be arranged at shorter notice depending on availability.
